A living model

Every customer, shift and sale is simulated. Watch a day play out hour by hour, from doors open to last orders.

A range, not a guess

300 simulated years turn your assumptions into conservative, expected and optimistic outcomes.

What-if in seconds

Raise prices, add a hire, double marketing or cut rent. Revenue, profit and break-even update instantly.

Honest about uncertainty

Every output is a modeled estimate with visible assumptions — built for exploring a decision, not promising one.

For business ideas, too

Still just an idea? That’s exactly what it’s for.

You don’t need a lease, a business plan or real numbers yet. Pick a business type and Brick Sims fills in typical starting values you can change anytime — so you can see whether an idea holds up before you spend anything on it.

  • No business plan or lease needed
  • Typical numbers prefilled for your category
  • Change any assumption and re-run in seconds

How it works

Three steps. About a minute.

Answer a few questions the way you would explain the idea to a friend. Brick Sims turns them into a simulated first year.
  1. 01

    Describe your business or idea.

Pick a category, add a sentence about the concept, and set the city and size.

  2. 02

    Set the economics.

Rent, budget, average spend, team, wages, hours and marketing — prefilled with typical values you can edit.

  3. 03

    Simulate what happens.

365 days of customers, costs and cash — plus hundreds of alternate years to show the range.

Today the simulator runs on your assumptions plus category benchmarks for costs, seasonality and ramp-up. Next, it will layer in market, competitor and location data — so the model starts from what’s actually around your address.

For entrepreneurs

Built for decisions that are too expensive to guess.

Opening a location can cost more than a house. Testing the idea first costs a minute.

Aspiring Owner

“I have an idea. Would it actually work?”

No lease, plan or numbers yet? Start from typical values and test the idea in about a minute.

Restaurant Founder

“Should I open here?”

Pressure-test rent, seats and ticket size before you sign a ten-year lease.

Experience Creator

“How many customers do I need?”

Find the daily traffic your arcade, escape room or attraction needs to break even.

Small Business Buyer

“Is this opportunity actually profitable?”

Rebuild a listing’s claims from the ground up and see which assumptions carry the price.

Entrepreneur

“What business could I start with my budget?”

Compare concepts side by side on startup cost, payback and risk.

Business plans tell a story.
Simulation lets you test it.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

I only have an idea. Can I still use it?

Yes — that’s who it’s built for. You don’t need a lease, a business plan or real numbers. Pick a business type and Brick Sims prefills typical starting values for rent, staffing, pricing and traffic; replace any of them as your plan firms up.

How accurate is it?

Brick Sims produces modeled estimates, not forecasts. The prototype combines your assumptions with category benchmarks — cost-of-goods ranges, seasonality, ramp-up and capacity — and shows a range of outcomes so you can see which assumptions matter most.

Where do the numbers come from?

From you, first. Typical values are prefilled for each category so you have a starting point, and every one can be edited. Future versions will add market, competitor and location data.

What does the 3D preview show?

A replay of one modeled day: arrivals follow the simulation’s hour-by-hour demand, and each sale is counted as it happens. It’s an early look at where the product is heading — a living model of your business you can watch and tweak.

Is it free?

Yes. The prototype is free with no account. We’re testing interest in a $19 complete analysis, but nothing is for sale yet and no payment is collected.
